Toby Daspit is Professor of Education at UL Lafayette. He is Emeritus Consultant for the National Writing Project of Acadiana which he directed/co-directed for 16 years and is the founder of the Improving the Blank Page youth writing program. Daspit has published two chapbooks – Anatomy of a Ghost (and Other Poems Not About You) and Bar Coasters, and is completing his first full-length collection of poetry.

Diving Into Nature: An Eco-Poetry Anthology of Louisiana

A collection of 70 nature-based poems, several by Louisiana State Poet Laureates, focused on the wondrous but endangered environment of Louisiana.
