Emily Welch is an author, illustrator, potter, and art teacher. Her artwork pays homage to the unique spirit of the places she’s always called home. Welch was raised in Baton Rouge and is now living in Shreveport, Louisiana, with her husband, two children, and beloved dog, Magnolia II. She is also the creator of the brand Magnolia Creative Co., selling handmade pottery, dinner and serving ware, and custom watercolor artwork and illustrations representing Southern lifestyle and spirit all across the country.
