Jodi Laidlaw is a bookseller at Blue Cypress Books in New Orleans, Louisiana. With an undergraduate degree in English Literature and a decade of experience in corporate marketing, she serves Blue Cypress Books as manager where she leads efforts in Marketing, Events, and Operations. Laidlaw is an avid reader who is passionate about cultivating community through stories. She hosts two book clubs, The HEA Club and The Guild, which have a combined membership of over 600 readers and were recently recognized in Gambit’s Best of New Orleans 2025.
