Clancy DuBos has been an award-winning reporter, editor, and columnist in New Orleans, Louisiana, since 1973. He retired at the end of 2024 after a long stint as the political editor of Gambit weekly and, since 2022, as an Editorial Board member at The Times-Picayune/The Advocate. His political commentaries still air Tuesdays on WWL-TV (CBS-New Orleans). DuBos often appears as an expert on Louisiana politics on local, national, and international networks, and he has helped write and edit several books on Louisiana politics and other topics.
