New Orleans: What Can't Be Lost (Contributor)

Simonette Berry, a painter specializing in murals in New Orleans homes, is also a freelance writer and photographer. She graduated from Benjamin Franklin High School and the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts and received her bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from Tulane University. The daughter of writers Jason Berry and Lisa LeBlanc Berry, she published her first article in Gambit Weekly at age nine. She is a contributing writer and associate editor at Louisiana Homes and Gardens Magazine.
