Rick Kelley
Biography
Award-winning, professional-entertainer, singer-keyboardist, and one-man-band Rick Kelley independently released eight CDs and composed music for the Showtime series Red Shoe Diaries as well as soundtracks for documentaries and short subject films. After hurricane Katrina, Kelley started the nonprofit company Music With A Message For Kids, that has provided over 400 programs to kids in need across eight states. Since 2008, Kelley has served as the unofficial ambassador of the Louisiana Book Festival, performing and promoting the Festival at hundreds of elementary schools and parish libraries all over the State. .
