2011 Jean Cassels
Jean Cassels has illustrated over 60 books for children. The first book she wrote and illustrated was The Mysterious Collection of Dr. David Harleyson,winner of the SCBWI Golden Kite Award. The sequel, Br’er Rabbit Captured!, was a 2008 SIBA Award Book finalist. She is also the illustrator of Two Bobbies, a true story that came out of Hurricane Katrina.
