S. L. Alexander, an award-winning journalist who has worked in print, radio, and television, specializes in press coverage of courts. A faculty member at Loyola University New Orleans, she has written extensively on the courts, including Covering the Courts (2003), Media and American Courts (2004), and Courtroom Carnival: Famous New Orleans Trials. Her work includes serving as a host on Writers Forum, a weekly 30-minute author-interview program on WRBH-88.3FM/wrbh.org, New Orleans.
