Anne Butler is the author of a number of books - crime books, children's books, cookbooks, and humor books - and hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles. She lives on one of English Louisiana's early plantations, historic Butler Greenwood Plantation, near St. Francisville, where she writes, gives house tours, operates a Bed and Breakfast, and is involved in many Louisiana preservation efforts.
